Our Story: Born from Experience, Built for You

SoloTechConnect was born out of the real-world experiences and challenges faced by our founder, Tyler Luna. Starting his career in IT at a small law firm and later moving to local government, Tyler worked tirelessly to balance full-time jobs, night classes, and a part-time IT business on weekends. These early days were filled with sacrifices, long hours, and the relentless pursuit of building something meaningful.

Over time, this journey led to the creation of Aero IT, a thriving business built on systems, processes, and a commitment to client satisfaction. But Tyler never forgot the struggles of being a solo IT provider. He saw firsthand the hurdles small IT professionals face—tight budgets, operational complexity, and the challenge of scaling without losing autonomy.

SoloTechConnect was created to solve these problems. Our mission is to empower solo IT providers and small MSPs with the resources, mentorship, and community they need to thrive. By simplifying the business side of IT, we allow our members to focus on what they do best—delivering exceptional technical services.
